These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your relationship with the ALA Soft website (including digital products and services offered in collaboration with AL Motheer Computers). By purchasing our digital activation keys, ordering network management setups, or utilizing our hardware diagnostic and system repair services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of Services & Digital Products

We provide both physical IT services and premium digital product sales under strict operating guidelines:

  • Physical IT & Hardware Support: Provided by AL Motheer Computers. Includes network cabling, wireless networking, home/office Wi-Fi configuration, motherboard chip-level repair, OS/software installation, laptop screen replacement, and printer diagnostics.
  • Digital Product Sales: Includes genuine activation keys and premium lifetime accounts (Windows Licenses, Microsoft Office 365, Canva, CapCut PC, Adobe Master Collection, Internet Download Manager, and Truecaller).
  • Lifetime Product Clause: The phrase "Lifetime" regarding digital products refers to the lifetime of the activated device or as permitted under the global policy of the third-party developer (e.g., Microsoft, Canva, Adobe).

2. Pricing, Payments & Currency

All transactions are governed by the following pricing terms:

  • All product and service prices are displayed in Omani Rials (OMR) or as otherwise explicitly specified. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.
  • Payments are secure. We offer WhatsApp-based manual payments or secure digital transaction checkout options. No order will be delivered or service initiated until payment confirmation is verified.
  • One-time payments cover the exact service or product delivered. There are no hidden fees or automatic recurring bills unless specified.

3. Digital Delivery & License Activation

Upon payment confirmation, your genuine digital license keys and setup download links will be delivered instantly or within a specified time limit via WhatsApp, email, or your preferred messaging platform.

These keys are intended for standard activation on the agreed number of devices. Utilizing a single-device key on multiple devices violates our fair-use policy and may result in the automatic termination of your product warranty and technical support.

4. Refund, Replacement & Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of digital products and custom tech services, our policy is as follows:

  • Digital Products: Because digital activation keys are intangible and instantly accessible, **all sales are final**. We do not offer refunds once a license key is generated and sent to you, unless we fail to provide a working replacement or support.
  • Defective Keys / Activation Issues: If a delivered license key fails to activate your software, we provide a **free replacement key** under our active guarantee. Our team will verify the issue via screenshot, video, or a quick remote assistance session before issuing a replacement.
  • Physical IT & Hardware Repairs: Warranty on physical components (motherboards, screens, etc.) is specified on the official service invoice at the time of repair.

5. Remote Support Guidelines & Client Responsibility

For license activation support or software configurations, we may assist you remotely via AnyDesk or TeamViewer.

By permitting our technical team to establish a remote connection, you agree that you are solely responsible for backing up any sensitive data beforehand. ALA Soft and AL Motheer Computers are not liable for any pre-existing system damage, data loss, or OS crashes on your device.

6. Intellectual Property & Trademarks

ALA Soft is an independent third-party distributor of genuine activation keys. We do not claim ownership of Microsoft, Adobe, Canva, CapCut, IDM, Truecaller, or any other third-party trademarks, logos, or brand properties. All rights, software files, and original branding remain the exclusive property of their respective developers and companies.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ALA Soft, AL Motheer Computers, and their respective directors, employees, or partners shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our technical services, hardware repairs, or digital products.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to amend, update, or completely replace these Terms of Service at any given time. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for updates. Continued use of our site, products, or services after the posting of changes constitutes your official acceptance of those updates.
