Unauthorized redistribution, copying, or replication of our materials is strictly prohibited.
1. Original Site Content & Design
The visual design, brand assets, site architecture, and custom stylesheet (CSS) styling used on the ALA Soft platform are custom-designed and proprietary property.
You are strictly prohibited from copying, translating, or mirroring our web templates or publishing our original blog articles on other websites without explicit, written permission from our administration. Any infringement will be reported directly to domain registrars, hosting providers, and search engine legal teams (Google DMCA).
2. Third-Party Trademarks & Copyrights
Our platform operates as a secure secondary distributor of authentic software activation keys and premium accounts. Under this model:
- Trademarks: Microsoft, Windows, MS Office 365, Adobe, Canva, CapCut, Internet Download Manager, Truecaller, and all other software brands are the property of their respective trademark owners.
- No Infringement Intended: ALA Soft does not claim ownership or rights over these third-party intellectual properties. Our platform strictly distributes genuine secondary activation keys purchased through legal commercial channels.
- Original Binaries: We do *not* host modified, cracked, or pirated software binaries (e.g., .exe, .dmg, or .apk files) on our local servers. Any provided software download links redirect users to the developers' official secure servers or safe backup repositories.
3. DMCA Takedown Notice Policy
If you are a copyright owner or an authorized representative of a copyright owner and believe that any content hosted or distributed on our platform infringes your legal rights, you may submit a formal notification under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) by providing our support team with the following details in writing:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Clear identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the specific material on our site that you claim is infringing, along with precise URLs where the material is located.
- Your complete contact details, including name, address, telephone number, and an active email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notification is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
4. Our Actions on Takedown Notices
Upon receiving a valid and fully documented DMCA or copyright notice, ALA Soft will immediately investigate the claim.
