2. Professional IT & Hardware Support
On-site technical support and hardware modifications (including network cabling, wireless configurations, motherboard chip-level repair, OS installations, laptop screen replacements, and printer services) are handled professionally by AL Motheer Computers.
While our engineering team exercises absolute care, we are not liable for any pre-existing motherboard damage, data corruption, hard drive failures, or device malfunctions that may occur during the diagnostics or repair process. Clients are highly encouraged to back up their data before submitting hardware for repair.
3. Remote Access Assistance
When you request remote assistance via AnyDesk, TeamViewer, or other remote desk tools to assist with license activation, software installations, or network configurations, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are executing the remote session entirely at your own risk.
- We are not responsible for any pre-existing software conflicts, registry errors, data losses, or system crashes on your PC during the remote setup.
- You will monitor the technician's actions on your screen and terminate the session once the target technical setup is successfully completed.
4. Digital Product Compatibility & Life Cycle
We guarantee that our digital products (including Windows Pro, Office 365, Canva premium access, etc.) are authentic and activate successfully at the time of delivery. However:
- We are not liable for any functional software bugs, crashes, or feature limitations caused directly by the software developers themselves.
- Software updates, security modifications, and cloud account policies are completely controlled by the respective companies (e.g., Microsoft, Adobe, Canva). Any sudden policy changes made globally by these brands are outside of our control.
- We are not responsible if the user’s computer configuration does not support the system requirements of the purchased software. Please check compatibility before purchasing.
